From November 2 to 5, World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit opened. Meanwhile,800 kilometers away from the venue, Shandong is writing "digital intelligence" and "openness" into three fields: economy, ecology, and humanities.

In the economic field, Shandong is accelerating the development of industrial vertical-domain large models. By September this year, 122 industrial sector large models have been deployed in batches, covering all 41 major industrial categories. 10 industrial large models were selected among China’s top 50 industrial large models, ranking first nationwide by number. The "Qilu Seven Stars ", which comprising Inspur HaiRuo, COSMOPlat Tianzhi, Extreme Vision Xingji, Yunding Mine, Fangzhou Intelligent Xinggang, Shanding Yunke Shangzhi, and Qizhi Kongming, are shining across Shandong.

In the ecology field, Shandong uses artificial intelligence to empower ecological protection. The Yellow River Delta National Nature Reserve has introduced bird face recognition technology, which can identify and count bird species in real time. Qingdao has developed the "Smart Bay Patrol" environmental supervision system, which integrates remote sensing, AI, and 5G technologies. It achieves a 95% recognition rate for scenarios such as beach litter and illegal wastewater discharge, significantly reducing the reporting time from 24 hours to just 1 hour.

In the humanities field, Shandong is actively promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture. The Confucius Digital Intelligence Model aggregates various types of data related to Confucius and features functions such as natural language dialogue, interpretation of classical wisdom, and intelligent literature retrieval, enabling face-to-face dialogue with audiences across time and space.
