Recently, foreign friends from Belarus, Russia, the Philippines, and other countries visited the Caizhou Scenic Area in Maotai District, Heze City, Shandong Province, where they experienced intangible cultural heritage projects such as dough modeling, sugar painting, blow candy crafting, and woodblock New Year prints, as well as participated in making Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes.

While experiencing the intangible cultural heritage projects, foreign friends followed the guidance and demonstrations of instructors, taking turns to try their hands on the activities. They engaged in interactive discussions with on-site teachers, focusing on materials, tools, and cultural significance. During the mooncake-making session, everyone participated in filling, pressing, and baking the cakes, ultimately tasting the mooncakes they had made themselves.

SIARHEI from Belarus expressed that he was very happy with this experience of intangible cultural heritage, enjoying activities such as calligraphy, making mooncakes, and woodblock printing. He mentioned that this experience brought him great pleasure.

This event allowed foreign friends to experience Chinese traditional culture up close through hands-on practice, enabling intangible cultural heritage to spread abroad through tactile warmth, thereby fostering cultural exchanges between China and other countries.
